Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms with views to the harbor are slightly bigger than regular rooms and offer an oversized shower, which was fantastic, especially the quality of the living room television and the deep soaking tub. However, the rooms are small compared to similar hotels in mainland China. The service was outstanding, with the staff being the best at guiding you around Hong Kong and major tourist attractions, although there seemed to be a lack of communication at times. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the K11 ART Mall, Victoria Harbour, and other shopping districts, making it super convenient for both leisure and business visits. The dining options were marvelous, with a great variety of food types, but the Nespresso coffee was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a great stay with impeccable service and a wonderful location.
After our 12-hour night flight from London, arriving at the Hyatt Regency was a great experience. The room was spacious with a fantastic view of the Harbor light show, and the cold A/C was a welcome relief. However, some may find the walk from the harbor a bit far, and the dark entrance area could be a turn-off during check-in.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its breathtaking sea views from the room. The rooms, although slightly small, offer wider windows showcasing stunning sights of Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong Island. The added convenience of a smartphone with 4G internet and free calling service made my experience even better.
The hotel has a convenient location in the busy Tsim Sha Tsui area, full of cool bars and restaurants. The rooms are just right in size and comfortable, but the shared facilities could be improved. The service is top-notch with friendly and efficient staff. The dining options offer a wide variety of food types, although some preferences may not be fully catered to. Overall, a good value for money choice in the heart of Kowloon.
The hotel is a beautiful gem in a prime location, offering stunning views from the spacious pool area. While the service was excellent overall, there were some minor inconveniences. The location is superb, with convenient access to shopping centers and the subway station. Dining options were enjoyable but lacked variety in certain areas.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were just right for me, not too big nor too small, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the harbor. The service was top-notch, with staff who spoke fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, providing personalized recommendations. The location was unbeatable, right next to Tsim Sha Tsui station and within walking distance of many popular attractions. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide variety of freshly made dishes. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent value for money.
